I hope everyone is having fun :)

I shall return on a later date.
I hope everyone is having fun :)
Back to normal ‘round here later as I’m working on a project right now, then plan on going out somewhere tonight. Maybe a bar, maybe a club, or maybe just 7-11.
Hey, do you like comic books?, then check this tumblr out!
I’m avoiding the dash due to Smackdown-related posts. It’s 5:41 right now, and I’ll take a peek after I watch Smackdown later :)
Today was a nice, chill day. My grandma was happy, I had lunch with the boy, then we went with friends to see 2012 in Hollywood.
I’ll be busy this weekend finishing some comic book trades that are due back to my local public library on Monday, so that’s my concentration right now..
P.S. My phone is working again. Yay!
P.S.S go see 2012. I endorse all films, good or shit. Be your own judge and check it out… and before you say “ahh what do you know? I don’t need to see it —it sucks!” , need I remind you I was a Film major in college (three sad years) and graduated last year from the Los Angeles Film School with a degree in Film Editing and Cinematography/Directing? I wasted my life for the bleeding pictures —now go out and see the piece of shit!
P.S.S.S. Sorry, didn’t mean to come off as a jerky, smug, smart-ass, but seriously folks, go out to the cineplex and have a good time with friends. It’s about the entire movie-going experience true believers… and share it with others.
P.S.S.S.S. Excelsior!
I wonder why I didn’t post this on twitter. That’s right, because my phone isn’t working. If it were working, I would update my Facebook status. But I’m not logged on Facebook, and I don’t want to log on to MySpace, so I’ll just tell my friend… but I can’t, since they updated their twitter saying they’re busy.
Big thanks to this guy for sending me that song, not a few minutes after I asked.
You rock. And everyone else, follow this man.
wow, an endorsement. Haven’t had one of those in awhile ;)
yer welcome, doc.
Followers, please do the same with this misterpeace fella. He’s good news!
once again… good night everyone!
Going to call it a night. I’m finished with my WWE/LA piece and will post it tomorrow.
misterpeace please check your email
good night everyone!
Jim Steranko invented cool.
Don’t remember if I mentioned this before, but I was scolded by my junior high art teacher for praising comic book art, especially Steranko and Kirby. Sadly, similar incidents occurred in my art class in college..
They were wrong and you were right and much smarter art critics and teachers have said so. Steranko has been featured in a couple hundred galleries, including an exhibition at the Louvre in 1967 and the Sydney Opera House in 1986. Kirby practically invented an entirely new dialogue within the realm of pop art. Having said all that, pop art is rarely appreciated by any academic establishment in its own time. Just wait a couple more decades and the truth will bear out. Academia is about fifty to a hundred years behind everyone else, you’ll see.
(The same thing happens among lit professors, most of whom forget that Shakespeare was the very image of a populist, trendy and disposable playwright in the Elizabethan era, in both his lack of validity among the established arts community of the day and his tremendous popularity with everyone else.)
Ya don’t say… ;) thanks man!
